I've been having that problem too, in addition to sleeping disorders...
U know what?
1. Try cutting down on all crap that makes you piss alot, like
caffeine-containing stuff (coffee, red bull, too much tea etc.)...
2. Do the same with sugar - don't drink 4 litres of coke
on a daily basis...
3. Drink more water!
I'm doing all this, and voila!
BOTH problems are disappearing!
I also find myself being able to focus easier on stuff,
and that ain't bad when we work they ways we do... *more-more-MORE..!*
It ain't easy ditching these addictions though but...
for me at least, it's worth the trouble!
