Those of your friends that find my efforts "disingenuous" are most likely the ones that settled.
Of course they feel that way, they support Acacia...and my efforts to fight against patent abuse is one that affects them, especially ones that have their own patents who look to use acacia-style tactics on the adult industry.
If a patent has prior art, it's a bad patent. If there is no prior art, it's a good patent, and the patent holder has every right to profit from it, and to stop others from profitting from it.
I have done my research on this and other patents, and through EVIDENCE, i have formed my opinion that it is invalid.
What research did you do? What research did your attorneys do?
Why not share with those you seek to guide the answers to my questions above? Those questions are not attacking you, and the answers could actually be valuable insight from you, rather than name calling, one liner type responses.
