because u have do gooders in the world who are against having "innocent" people dieing, and troop warfare (there is a better word i just cant think of it) is the best way of weeding out the criminals.

and the USA is now a world pissing pot full of jealous countries looking to say they did something wrong at every corner. but thats how the USA is they will always go back and help these people even though they hate them.
