Charge Back and Fraud from East Europe
Our company has a live video chat site. Recently, we found that some East European webmasters used stolen credit cards to make purchases on those East European performers. After both webmasters and performers get the commission. They conduct chargebacks. It is obvious that those East European performers work with those East European webmasters together to cheat money.
