I live in poland but I have epassporte account, and I want to send WU payment using their
http://www.westernunion.com/ online payment page. My problem is that they accept only US and Canada bank issued cards and I don`t know who issue epassporte cards and from what country, so there is my question: Can I make online payments at WesternUnion.com using epassporte card or someone made any payment before?
