I've never used ucumseeme simply because I've only heard bad things about them.
Turboface has decent traffic, but I don't think it's 100% clicked. I could be wrong though. He seems like a good guy and I'm sure he'll work with you. He's hooked me up before
Alex Xe - if you find clicked traffic for $2 cpm, let me know. I've never seen it, but maybe someone has a special running or something.
