Is there a market for dedicated servers located in Europe? If you're having (or thinking of buying) servers in Europe, for what reason is that?

On a related topic, one should do a lot of research before going with any NON-U.S. host (or if they are already are with one)...
I've found that many NON-U.S. hosts are actually running on servers located in the United States! Texas, California, and Florida lead the top locations for outsourcing by foreign hosting firms from what I've found when doing a small sampling awhile back.
And even if one is lucky enough to find a truly 100% foreign host that doesn't cost a fortune, that still doesn't fully protect one from U.S. law...well, unless one is physically located outside the U.S. and even then that's not 100% if they are (including corporate officers) still a U.S. residents and/or citizens...
For various tax reasons and civil liability reasons, many U.S. adult companies locate/host outside the U.S...but make no mistake, if the company/officers are comitting criminal offenses *and* the U.S. authorities have them in their sights, the long arm of the U.S. law will likely get them no matter where in the world they happen to be hosting, etc.
