A RackShack trouble ticket was opened saying I had received 891 complaints.....

I thought by just shutting off the email servers - the problem was solved. But the emails are not coming from my server.
I have to go to work.
Will do some more tracing of the problem tonight sometime.

If I had not contacted them as per your advice - who knows what they would have done.
