I have no idea, but going around and around with him just gave me a big headache. Over there, they are just full of lies...every single person that I spoke with.
I will say that Donnie/Dustin (suppose to be his real name) DID offer to pay for the charges as of yesterday yet when I called him back with the bank on the phone to verify the charge backs, he said "I don't have time for this shit" so I said fuck you and hung up. He then sent me this e-mail.
I will get a check sent to you tommorrow for $350.00. That should cover the $160 in charged back transactions plus the fees. Let me know if there are more and I will get this taken care of as well. Sorry for this trouble. I was mainly frustrated today because I'm very upset that I have to deal with his issues/he risked MY company's reputation for something so ridiculous. I hope you understand.

NO! I don't understand! How the heck can you have someone working for you that 1
is purposely charging back porn/phone sex. 2.) employ someone who you KNOW and you confirmed is going to put up a website that teaches people to charge us back. If ANYONE here understands that...explain it to me.
