We have a weekly email that we have been sending out for over a year and our list is 50,000. We have never been cited for sending spam in that time. People really like the email we send and we make it easy for them to remove.
We recently worked out a deal with another group. We are sending them customers in return for affiliate commissions. Part of the deal was that they would send out our email to their list of 235,000 people.
What has happened now is that their mail IP address has been listed on
www.spamcop.net so they are unable to send to the list. Also, because our URL was in the email, I can't even send a regular email to any AOL customers. I get a bounceback that our URL has received a lot of complaints.
What can I do at this point to fix this situation?
Thanks.
David
