I need a program that can do this :

Example

I have URL

http://www.site.com/1.jpg

but i need that one to say www.site.com/1a.jpg

but i also need to replace something aswell that says

www.blah.com/1.jpg
with like www.blah.com/yeah.html

Anyone know of a program that can do this ? Like i give it a list of stuff to find and replace and it will do it?
