Point is simple - SPAM is bad (for those of us not making our money from it). And companies in our industries that want to call themselves respectable shouldn't be doing it. AND if they for some strange reason have no choice but doing it, at least include a removal link or removal instruction AND if for some strange reason your programmer is sick this week and the last think on his TODO list - which is the remove function (which takes about an hour to add) - is not yet done, WAIT WITH THE FUCKING SPAM UNTIL HE HEALS UP
