what's wrong with Hamburger Helper - the chili tomato is awesome - fresh high quality hamburger not some canned chili - i shred some Monterrey Jack on it and garnish with restaurant style tortilla chips - better than 90% of restaurant meals i've had.
and if you do ever venture into the back of a restaurant you'll see the same mixes and powders.
