Yep, firebird is cool. But i dont and wont use it for a couple of reasons. First, roboform doesnt work, although i hear this is coming soon. Second, these people at mozilla/firebird just cant get the bookmarks right. There is no function to import/update ie favorites. Its obvious that the developers are all former netscape users and they are stuck in the thinking that bookmarks have to be done with a single file instead of separate files as in ie. So whenever you use firebird, in order to have updated bookmarks, you have to first open ie and export favorites, then open firebird and import that file, then close ie and delete the file, etc. Thats just stupid. And any bookmarks you make with firebird dont show up in ie. Evidently they think that after using firebird the first time you will never use ie again, which isnt reality.
Firebird is indeed a great program in most respects, but until they can loose their netscape-think mentality and fix the bookmarks to synch with ie, its useless to me.
