I know they take to the idea of being very helpful to other content providers all the time, including myself. Just yesterday Jact alerted me about someone misusing my content. They have taken lots of time out over the past year to provide helpful advise to me and others. That can also be said easily about XxXotic who I have seen provide help to tons of webmasters across many boards and helped me with a tgp submission question last week.
If you were slammed, I am sure you deserved it.
