Mac and Bumble is currently seeking to hire a full-time Creative Director to handle all
the graphical design, layout and implementation for the company. You will be expected
to manage the use of creative graphics, fonts and layouts that reflect the proud reputation
Mac and Bumble has for very high quality graphics presentation.

As the Creative Director, you will be responsible for the following:

? Develop high quality websites
? Develop images and graphics
? Edit existing websites and graphics
? Oversee all levels of graphical development
? Manage other graphic artists and contractors
? Interface with webmasters, programmers and sales team
? Manage multiple projects, jobs, demands and tasks simultaneously
? Deliver quality products on a very tight time schedule and deadline
? Work cooperatively with team to effectively manage workload and maximize efficiency
? Perform other duties as needed to accomplish team goals

The candidate must have the following skills:

? Excellent graphic design and sense of layout composition
? Lead in creative direction, but be able to take direction as well
? Proficient in HTML
? Good understanding of site usability
? High attention to detail and quality standards
? Ability to multi-task and deliver on tight deadlines
? Excellent communication skills
? Rapid development of creative, intuitive and compelling designs
? Thrive in a small office work environment

The ideal candidate might also have these skills:

? Understanding of PHP
? Proficient in Premiere and Cleaner
? Experience working in the adult market
