DarkJedi: I think you're making too big a leap that an excellent graphics artist can run a successful affiliate program. Just because you know how to do graphics doesn't mean you know how to: program, drive traffic, manage employees, have deep pockets to fund your program, market effectively, accounting, business development, and all the other things it takes to run a successful program.
We're giving someone who really loves to be creative an outlet to do some really fabulous things. Working for someone isn't necessarily a bad thing.. we're offering a lot of creative control.
