I pretty well know just by looking at them and that certainly doesn't take 5 minutes.
Oh and before I take the heat for basing everything on looks let me state that a guy doesn't have to be great looking. Most of the time it is just something about them, the way they carry themselves, their eyes, it tells me a great deal. Of course all that good Karma can instantly change if they open their mouths and say something really stupid in the first minute or two.
