And as far as TemplateMonster and all the other template sites, buyer beware, you are potentially opening yourself up to some copyright infringement liability - many of the templates use stock photography from very large well heeled stock photo agencies and unless TemplateMonster will show you licenses for every photo in a template - assume they have no license.
