As of yet, no WMD have been found. In my book, until that changes the 'ol mighty US of A is no doubt in the wrong and poking it's nose where it doesn't belong (again).
I don't think ANY nation should be permitted to have such horrible weapons. But since we do and we pretty much call the shots, that's just the way it's gonna be and if you don't like it... we'll invade you or place economic and trade sanctions against you until you buckle from poverty and governmental collapse. That's the American way.
