But realistically , it doesnt take much , money/clout/etc. to make "WMD'S" so there arent enough countries out there responsible enough to have them. Those that do , have them , ( and a few that dont ) , its the job of those who do to make sure nobody else gets them . Hypocrits aside, someone has to do it or we would all be dead already. USSR was about one finger twiddle away from blowing america to smitherenes in the 80's.
