For instance. If you have a contact page and a phone number on it, it will be indexed.. If someone that you know has that same number, but does not know that you work in this industry, it could come up if they were to search it..
That link is for their phone book I think...

Then if you own that page, then just modify your .htaccess, or email the owner of the website to remove it due to privacy concerns.
