If you can prove she owes you 15K, and you are rightfully due the money, I can get that money collected extremely fast. It would be on a 50-50 cut, and the utmost in professional service would be guarenteed.
Additionally, you might want to consider 'selling' the debt. You would get a lot less than is owed but you are merely selling the debt on to a 'collections professional' with a high rate of success.

Nor are you to assume the person would have each tooth removed from their face one by one, while sections of flesh are being peeled from lower extremeties.
