I always had trouble with the Lizzie Maguire concept... gawky, misunderstood teenager, who just happens to be blonde, killer cute and built like a brick shithouse. Must be tough. As far as looking like Jenna, well... Hillary was born with it (unless she had a boob job when she was 12,) and Jenna bought it, therein lies the difference.
