Like a habbit, when your account gets suspended there is a reason for it, and the suspension page clearly says to contact the 'billing department', although I understand how one could confuse it with 'GFY'. Additionally you might want to try giving us a call (hell we have a toll free number nowadays in the US) if you missed our message in the first place. But we have discussed it on ICQ.

And no Digipimp, it is not likely our uplink Atrivo would go down, you are right on that. But it did, and then it did it again causing problems for many hosts, and yes we are one of the oldest and most popular of those, sorry.
