What type of bacon do you eat? Free range?
My endocrinologist really supports me in this diet (I'm a type II diabetic) but told me to stay away from bacon. Besides the high fat concentration, it has..umm..my tired mind can't think of the scientific name for it..but "bad stuff" (haha) that's very bad for the body. Unless it's free range that is.
