keywords are free but they are only offered to the top advertisers in each area - for example if you are selling cars and you have a very high advertising budget with aol, they will offer you the keyword auto or cars etc.
you can try contacting their advertising department for specific information regarding the keyword you are looking for.
I would post a URL but it is country specific - just go to the bottom of aol.com and go to their advertisers page and work from there.
