I'd hardly call that the most fucked up thing.
It's sad, but there are far worse things, if atrocities are to be judged on a relative scale.
After all ...the Chinese see those dogs as food, and last time I viewed a corporate hog lot, (the stench is unbearable) the pigs weren't treated much better.
