I believe if Client comes to any company to use their services, that means co-operation for achieving Client's needs and meeting their requirements.

Let's abstract your mind for a second and imagine that you have a carage of cars and want to order high quality tuning from an auto tuning company to all your cars for the lowest industry prices but top quality.
After 1+ week since placing the order on 10 cars engines and paying the 30% price you decided to change the agreement due to the lack of spare funds, and instead of setting up 10 cars Engines only, you desired to set up the enhanced engine to 1 car only to fit those 30% payed AND make the design enhancements as well, plus showing that you have no time at all.
The company offers you a full refund due to the impossibility of the order completion in fast timelines, plus adding an extra fee to pay for an inconvenience.
Now imagine that you start pissing off 10 days later that nothing is still done, moving the car off the company's working carage, pissing off on the staff, and claiming that car project should be completed. Plus calling all your friends that this company is a piece of shit, posting a message to the free ads newspaper, and making unjustified claims towards the company, still wishing to get the car done, because there's no any other company which can complete the job for the desirable unique quality and quite affordable pricing.
Then you move yourself out of town for a while, leaving the company under the responsibility to defence from your friends, misunderstanding from these free ads newspaper readers and answering the phone calls all the time.
After getting back, you decide to let the company's engeneers work with your car out of queue because of all that fluffy, you do not pay any extra for the non-queued service.
During the 3 days when you get everything set out of queue extremally fast and completely accroding to your requirements, all general works on the car's body are completed.
But unfortunately, the company's general equipment stop working and the equipment supplier is busy solving the problems accroding to the guarantee terms. During this time you decide that that's enough from this company and you request the full refund by sending your bank info.
The company offers you to take the engine and ready-made body so you can set the body yourself or using any other 3dparty service AND pays the money in CASH instead of sending them via bank, plus gives you an extra fee which may help you lower expences on the body integration with any other simplier service providers or stand-alone engeneers.
But the story continues and you now want the company to finish all the job themselves, now for free, having all the money refunded in your pocket.
Now just think all that over and try to understand yourself.
