All it really boils down to is this.
Who should decide when people should be executed.
A) Use the media and word of mouth (gossip) to convict.
B) Randomly murder people and hope you get the bad guys.
C) Pick out certain people you dont like a murder them.
D) Murder anyone who isnt jewish.
E) Try people before a court and a judge and convict them
