You seem to prefer trial by court for enemies...and this is sometimes the case...but the usual method is to kill the enemy.

The difference is these men your reffering to were armed and attacking not in a wheelchair with no access to a weapon. Just a slight difference.
Your scenario - Armed bad guys fleeing a battle scene.
My scenario - An old guy in a wheelchair holding a bible
IF as i pointed out earlier, these men were riding unarmed in a civilian neighbourhood and they were offed by the usa , then they should be held responsible. But i saw no planned attacks on innocent people on my news sorry.
