I never asked for any american law to be used. I told you exactly how to try him and how to convict him legally as the international law says you must.
I never stated that i intended to go arrest the guy, Im not sure what your asking there , but he goes to the mosque quite regularly if they want to arrest him he isnt going to be running away anywhere. Walk up slap the cuffs on say your under arrest put him in jail. Doesnt seem so hard to do.
