Lots of folks want to get in on the adult biz as just a side investment, but don't want to work it and would prefer to have someone manage it.
Charge a reasonable site management fee. 15% is good.
The most I sold was $15,000 (6 sites) in one week. All the leads came off current adult traffic from a simple biz op banner I had up.
