Too bad he got his ass handed to him in Iowa.
As an American citizen who was born in the Philippines but grew up in the US, I really appreciate the fact that politicians in the US actually TRY to stick to their platforms. After returning for business here in the Philippines, I am constantly disappointed by
populist talking elitist politicians who have no apparent agenda other than being elected. And this agenda shows in the more than 65% poverty rate and the fact that children still go blind due to basic nutritional deficiencies.
Sad shit but I have faith in the Philippines. Or else I wouldn't be here employing people and growing my business.

I`m afraid your democrat is just like that.
They lie, tell stories, or talk about anything that any below average citizen might want, and get support. Those guys are *just* out to get votes. And then when they get in office they demand that the Government take control of more things, and thus, the people begin to rely on the government, thats where they get votes.
I will vote for Bush, just for being a military guy and reacting when needed. Not like Gore, where he would have totally went into a hole and let a few more planes crash.
