DUH? I never knew the US loaned any money to China... when was that???? Was that some US Aid program or something?? *g*
The fact is the US owes China a LOAD of money (and MANY other nations) and the question should be when are they gonna pay the bill instead of whining and complaing that the exchange rate is crap??
