During a realllly good one, a woman will blush all over and hold her breath. That's what can cause the laughing/giggles when it's passed. It happens to me, too. Poor Peter.
Also the limbs lose strength for a little while after. She should look like she's run a 50m sprint. If there's any tension left at all in her jaw/eyes/back, she's not taken care of yet.
