Heres the problem...

Are all of the images sexually erotic or could they be used for sexual stimulation.

You can have a fully clothed child from head to toe and it be considered child pornography if it is meant to entice or gratify a sexual feeling or if the model is in sexually suggestive poses.

Now, the owners of this site live in Russia where it is legal to marry at 13 now, and the age of nudity for children is 13 if they are married, here in the USA of course it is different.

No, I dont agree with the site and fuck off flamers, but in reality, the USA does not control the internet and what is not legal here is legal in different countries.

I see MANY MANY things on websites such as scat and golden showers and fisting that is ILLEGAL in the USA but not in many other countries.

Then again, this deals with children so its worse.

But the problem is, the site in itself breaks no laws, but some of the images MIGHT.

features magazine ads from all over the world of men, women and children in their underwear and a section on nude children.

I called their host and bitched like no one on here would believe.

Came to find out the webmaster and OWNER of that site is a San Diego Sheriff.

I sent links to the url to the DA's office, children and youth, the mayors office, it is still up.

Helmy's is not the internet police, all they do is forward the sites to the US Customs department who is actually in CHARGE of dealing with internet crimes, and when they find one they call the FBI to make an arrest. A little known fact everyone thinks that the FBI is in charge of computer crime, well they arent, the internet crosses national borders, hence it is the customs department.

Good luck though, if it was me, Id just call rack shack and show them the site and make them look at it while I had them on the phone.
