Just curious, is it common for young people like that to die from cardiac arrests/heart attacks? I know it does happen , because I've read about young people in their twenties dying like that, but I'm still curious as to how it happens? Even if you are somewhat unhealthy, doesn't it take MANY MANY years for all the fat to build up in you arteries in order for your heart to give out? How can it give out so soon in so few years? Especially in someone who is athletic and plays sports? This scares me too! HOW exaclly does something like this happen? I'm unhealthy, I ate In N Out for dinner tonight, and ate tons of chips and fries and crap although I'm still under 100lbs... But perhaps my arteries are clogged up too ?? I'm scared

I think stuff like this is somewhat hereditary...
