I cant remember the name of the one I used, it was a Texas state sponsored one, but I did it, it was easy.
Your sections are timed and when you start a section you have to finish it in the alloted time to get the password that sends you to the next section.
When I finished they mailed me 2 certificates, one for insurance one for the judge in about 4 days.
I spread the whole thing over about a 3 day period.
