Our fair use policy basically means you are allowed to use at least 1/8 (12.5%) of the server resources on the 1/8 virtual plan. Personally I think this *might* be a bit low for a large board and I recommend to start with *at least* a 1/4 plan (on a P4 2.4 w/ 1GB), and preferably a dedicated 2.4. We will give you a 2nd drive for backups in this case, dedicated gives us the ability to monitor your MySQL more closely and tweak the server for your specific needs.
