Ask anyone who's run a charity auction of any kind, or a telethon where pledges are made, or where you walk/run/etc. for $X - you NEVER count on it all coming in. Sad, but still the truth.

The money HAS been sent. There was a whole lot of money sent to Brad via PayPal for Tala before Christmas and there have been a whole lot of problems with it. He has sent her part of the money, but not all of it. He keeps telling her that he will send it, but then for some reason or another it doesn't get sent. It doesn't take that long to send a Western Union. And there has been over a month in which this could be taken care of and so far it hasn't been. Pledges aside, there is still a substantial amount of money that was sent directly to Brad's PayPal account that he still has possession of.
