You did nothing wrong hon, sticking up for a friend was the right thing to do. Especially when people promised to help out in a bad time and then collected the money and kept it so far.
Sounds like someone needs to open their own red cross, they did the same with 9-11
Anyway Brad, if you got money that was sent for a good cause, for a good person and fellow webmistress and stood up and said you would collect the money for her, don't you think the right thing to do is be honest at least?
Pretty sad when bigwigs in this industry let money get the best of them and ruin their reputation and business.
Never know who you can trust on message boards these days...too many scammers, freaks and idiots. Call me what you wish it doesn't bother me but you should check yourself twice before condeming someone for trying to help out a sick friend who deserved the money from the kind hearted people who wanted her to have the money...OBVIOUSLY!!!
