If you ever knew someone or had a DUI then you'd know its a big money maker for the state and private companies. The amount of fines is enormous.
I hate drunk drivers also because it always seem that when they get into an accident its always the other victim that gets it the worst.
my only problem is that there gotta be a better way to determine someones blood alcohol levels.
a buddy of mine passed the field test but failed the blow test just because he finished off a drink 15 minutes ago. still busted him with a DUI
