True but they will still be in hot water i think. Because they arent allowed to just pull a stunt , everything is choreagraphed and rehearsed ahead of time in front of the cbs exec's so they can give it the green light. The cbs execs take the heat from the fcc , so they have to approve everything.
Whatever stunt they pulled , they knew they were pulling a stunt and did so without approval. If i was cbs i would sue them..
