I think it's good that you want to learn, I just have a problem with people who are media whores.... your ads don't do much for your "businesswoman" image... I laugh when I see them and the wyld for men ads.
Good luck with your site, I'd agree with mostly everything the others have said, and from a usability perspective clean it up a lot so that it's plain obvious where to go.
