Of coarse he will, at this point how could anyone put anything past him? He'll bring out a fake Bin Laden in August and Americans will buy it up and elect him again for that reason alone. Pretty sad if you ask me.
If that's doesn't work, he'll just use the old Diebold electronic voting machines to steal another election. My prediction of a pre-election bio attack on America is already starting up with this Ricin bullshit, after they keep that up for a couple months it should scare up a few votes for Bush. Karl Rove doesn't make the big bucks to put up billboards.
