You don't need to pay a bunch of numbnut government officials to sit on their ass all day.
As for keeping kids away from porn, any 5 year old kid can just turn the channel to bravo or showcase and see some titties. The real problem is that kids know how to use computers better than their parents. Ask George W. what a content advisor is and he'd tell you its a position in the ministry of the interior.
