That whole, "we're selling because of the industry problems" is just an excuse for their problems. The stories of them not paying their bills and laying off people has been news for months. I don't beleive a word of Edmund's spin.
The reasons cited by them are irrelavant.
1. If sextracker doesn't have anything indecent and follows the law, they don't have to worry about the Gov't.
2. RJB's problems are not FCI's. They won't be effected by that.
3. CEN's spamming has no effect on them unless they are spamming too.
4. It's no secret that Sextracker looked the other way when they were sending traffic to Cresent, which has basically been shut down by the Feds. Then the switched to the dialers, which the Feds also shut down.
The truth is that they haven't suceeded in a business where all the big players make big $. (except Playboy - they don't have a clue)
That's why they are toast.
