Anyone knows how to do this stupid problems with 2' compliment binary representation?

1.[14] a) Find the 16-bit 2?s complement binary representation of the decimal number 1243.

b) Find the sign-and-magnitude binary representation of the decimal number -1243.


c) Find the 16-bit 2?s complement binary representation of the decimal number -1243.



2.[12] 100111100011001 represents a 16-bit 2?s complement binary number. What decimal number does it represent? (careful: count bits first)


3. [12]10011101 represents a 8-bit 2?s complement binary number. What decimal number does it represent?


4.[12] Add the following two 12-bit 2?s complement binary numbers. Give the answer in decimal.
