Seriously what do you want? A law that says if you fuck a white guy in a porn film you must also fuck a black guy or face stiff penalties? How about a blacklist (no pun intended) of surfers who buy memberships to sites of people of the same race but refuse to buy interracial then refuse to sell to them? Or maybe sponsors should do the right thing and cancel the accounts of webmasters who don't have interracial content on their pages.
Interracial gay is the least clicked thing on my gay pages. Perhaps I should take off all the same race content to fix that?
The porn industry is driven by demand. If people don't buy it producers don't make it.
